1.Do you cover my area? We cover SE area Crystal Palace, Penge, Anerley, Sydenham, Beckenham, Norwood, West Dulwich, Forest Hill, East Dulwich, Brixton, Herne Hill, Norbury.
2.Can I trust your cleaners and give a set of keys of my home? Yes you can give keys to our cleaners.Also we have a secure key-holding service.If you can not be there our cleaners can still fulfill your cleaning needs.
3.Do I have to stay at home when the cleaner comes to me? It is not necessary for you to be home.For your peace of mind our cleaners are experienced and reliable.However you are welcome to stay home during your cleaning.
4.Who is responsible for providing the cleaning materials and equipment? From our experience we know that it is more convenient if the client supply the cleaning materials and equipment,but we would as well do that if requested.
5.Can I specify the day for cleaning? Yes,you can specify the days for cleaning and we will make every effort to meet your requirements.
6.Am I going to have the same cleaner every week? Yes,although holiday cover maybe arranged by agreement.
7.What will happen if my cleaner is on holiday and I still need cleaning at home? We will provide holiday cover for your regular cleaner by prior agreement if required.
8.How do I pay for services? The preferred method of payment at time of service is cash or bank transfer.
9.Do I have to pay the cleaner extra if I want her to clean at the weekend? No,the rate of pay for the cleaners is the same at all times.
10.Do I still have to pay if I go away for few weeks? No,you only pay when you use our cleaning service.We require 48 hours notice before you go away and the date of your first cleaning when you are back.
11.What happens if I am not happy with the quality of the clean? If you feel that your regular cleaner is not achieving the standard you expect we will do a spot check and resolve the problem.Alternatively we can change the cleaner for you until you find the cleaner is just right for you.
